Homeless Prevention
For every two unhoused individuals who gains access to housing, three more lose their homes. That’s why we aim to stop homelessness before it starts, by providing emergency rental and deposit assistance to qualified South County renters.

Emergency Rental Assistance
Our rental and deposit assistance program has ended, as of September 30, 2024. If you have an application that has already been submitted, we will continue to work with you until it is approved.
As we are in the process of merging with St. Joseph's Family Center, who has a much more robust rental assistance program, we suggest all individuals seeking assistance to contact them directly at (408) 842-6662, ext. 122, or by emailing housinginfo@stjosephsgilroy.org.
Please note, you must be renting in South Santa Clara County (Gilroy, Morgan Hill, or San Martin), and have not received assistance in the past. Other restrictions may apply.
